Palm Harbor Community Based Outpatient Clinic Temporarily Closed

The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System's (BPVAHCS) Palm Harbor Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Palm Harbor, Fla. will temporarily be closed to repair damages caused by weather. A target date to provide modified services has been set for Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018. Leadership will reassess the progress of repairs to the clinic on Monday, Dec. 24, 2018. More information will be provided as it becomes available.

Veterans impacted by the closure will be contacted by VA staff to reschedule their appointments as soon as possible. Anyone wishing to be seen can present to the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center campus for Primary Care in Mod. A located in building 100 or for Mental Health Services in the Mental Health Clinic. In the event of a medical and mental health emergency, Veterans are encouraged to dial 911 or visit the closest emergency room.
