Bay Pines VA to Host Research Poster Presentation Event May 15

Bay Pines, Fla. - The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) will host a research poster presentation event in recognition of National VA Research Week on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, from 12:30 – 3:30 p.m. in the J.C. Cobb Room located in building 100 at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. Click here to access a campus map and directions.

The research poster presentation event will feature interactive  educational activities, research on clinical trials, research involving human volunteers and more.

This year’s Research Week theme is InnoVAtion to Implementation. VA Research will celebrate its 93rd year of excellence throughout the week of May 14 – 18, 2018.  The purpose of Research Week is to recognize Veterans for their participation in research studies, many of which have led to advancements on new and existing medical knowledge, and to provide an opportunity for VA Researchers to present their discoveries and show how they translate research to patient care and services to Veterans.
