Bay Pines VA Healthcare System to Host First Ever Baby Shower for Expecting Families

BAY PINES, FL – The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (VAHCS) will host its first ever baby shower on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. The event will take place in the building 20 auditorium located at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center. Click here for address information and a campus map.
This event is being held to honor and support Veteran mothers and fathers who are welcoming a new addition to their family in 2018. Bay Pines VAHCS has partnered with Voluntary Service, Veteran Service Organizations, Vet Centers, and community supporters to plan and provide resources for this event.
The baby shower will feature educational presentations, giveaway baskets, and health and wellness information to include nutrition for new parents/families, stress management, and resources for enhancing family relationships.
