U.S. Army World War II Veteran Larry Phelan has dedicated his life in service to the nation. He fought and survived nearly every major European campaign during the war.

He has dedicated thousands of hours to help Veterans as a VA volunteer and patient at the C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center for the last 21 years. At 96 years old, Larry is described by many as an American treasure.
