Resident / Student Orientation Information

To facilitate in-processing at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System, we request that you complete the required paperwork and mandatory training prior to your arrival at orientation. Please follow the steps 1-7 detailed below (1-2 must be completed a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your rotation)

Schedule your fingerprint appointment by visiting the Veterans Affairs (VA) personal identity verification (PIV) Card Appointment Reservation Application at
Once fingerprint appointment has been completed, log back into the VA PIV Card Appointment Reservation Application and schedule an appointment to pick up your PIV badge1-3 days prior to rotation start date.
