Services Offered
New prescriptions are filled for window pick up.
Prescription refills are available via the mail. Refill requests can be made using mail, telephone, internet, or in person by placing refill requests forms in a designated drop box.
Please note: Refills should be ordered at least 2 weeks before you run out of your medications to insure prompt processing and delivery time.

Send refill requests or your name, address, social security number and name of medication needed to:

By Telephone: Automated Refill Line
The automated refill line is available for all patients. You may use it to:
- Order and have your refill mailed to you.
- Check on a prescription.
- Learn about your medication.
- Talk to Pharmacy personnel (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.)
To access the system:
- Dial (727) 398-6661 (Pinellas) or toll-free (888) 820-0230 *
- Listen to the message then select option "1" for co-pay, appointment and pharmacy information
- Listen to the message and enter your social security number followed by the pound sign (#)
- Listen to the message then press "2" for Pharmacy
- Select from the following Options:
- Press 1 to order refills
- Press 2 to check the status of a prescription
- Press 3 for educational information about a medication
Options 1, 2 and 3 are part of the automated system. You will need to know your prescription number to use these options. Your prescription number is on your prescription bottle and is also on the refill slips that came with your last prescription.

- Press 8 if you wish to speak to someone in Pharmacy
- Press # to return to the pharmacy menu options.
- Complete your refill order
- Enter your prescription number. Do not enter any letters that may be at the end of the presciption number (no A-Z)
- Press the pound sign (#)
- You will get a message about your prescription
If you have another presciption, press "1" to enter another prescription number and then press the pound sign (#)
Remember:
- You must have a push button phone.
- This is the pound sign: #
- DO NOT use any letters (A-Z) when entering prescription numbers.
- Enter only ONE prescription refill at a time.

Saturday, Sunday and Holidays (Urgent Care Only) 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Bay Pines Inpatient Pharmacy (inpatient hospitalized veterans only)
- Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

- Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Fort Myers Outpatient Pharmacy
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Tuesday 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
All of the above services, except for the inpatient pharmacy, are closed on all federal holidays.
