Telephone Care

The Telephone Care Program is a patient information telephone line. Registered Nurses and other staff with special training are available to answer your calls. They can handle most health questions and problems within a few minutes. They will help you or contact your Primary Care provider.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911 immediately!

If you are having thoughts of suicide, please call the
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline:
(800) 273-8255 (TALK)

For Telephone Care, if a call back is required, please leave the number where you can be reached and a convenient time to call.
