The Telephone Care Program is a patient information telephone line. Registered Nurses and other staff with special training are available to answer your calls. They can handle most health questions and problems within a few minutes. They will help you or contact your Primary Care provider.

When should I call the Telephone Care Program?
- If you have questions about your eligibility for care at the Bay Pines VA Healthcare System.
- If you do not have a Primary Care provider and you wish to enroll for care at Bay Pines.
- If you have not had your first appointment with your provider, but you are having problems or health concerns.
- If you do have an appointment, but you want to see your provider for a different problem or health concern.
