Referral CriteriaYou may be referred to nutrition counseling or classes by your primary care provider. If you wish more information on nutrition counseling, please call 727-368-6661 extension 5549. Appointments are usually 30 to 60 minutes in duration and are available Monday through Friday. Classes are offered on a regular schedule. |
