An Emergency Information page has been added.  In times of no emergency, this page may be accessed using the link under "Tell Me About" on the home page. When used for updating details during an emergency, the page will be displayed prominently on the home page.

Photo Galleries Added to the Site - June 2, 2008
Several photo galleries of events hosted at Bay Pines VAHCS have been added.  Current and future additions will be linked from the "Upcoming Events" page on the right under Past Events. View photos from our 75th Anniversary, the 7th Annual Benefit Auto Show and Memorial Day Ceremony by choosing one on our Upcoming Events page.

The Operations Enduring Freedom / Iraqi Freedom Services program office has expanded information on their pages. Now included are lists of helpful VA and other available resources, information on PTSD and useful contact information. 

Page Added to the Site - December 10, 2007
The Corporate Planning Office has provided new information about a VA-owned Outpatient Clinic that will replace the leased Ft Myers Outpatient Clinic. Updates on this project may be found here until the clinic is opened.

Updated Pages - October 20, 2007
The Patient Advocates page has been updated to include Carrie Adams.  "About this Facility" has been renamed to "About Bay Pines VA Healthcare System" in order to be more inclusive.

Page Added to the Site - September 25, 2007
A new page has been added using the link from the "Flu Shots" paragraph on the home page.  Flu Shots displays information about influenza, schedules for different programs at the main and outpatient facilities and links to more information.

A new page has been added under the Services link on the left.  Care Coordination Home TeleHealth explains the program at Bay Pines and Ft. Myers. The page explains tools used, capabilities and provides contact numbers for more information.

Pages Added to the Site - August 15, 2007
In a new section on the home page, we have added content called, "Tell me more ..." The new pages added in this section include Events, Helpful Links and Additions/Changes to the Site. The Events page has information about upcoming events at Bay Pines. Helpful links provides a list of links that make it easier to get from our pages to other sites providing information to our veterans. Additions/Changes to the Site will give you with a quick snapshot of recent updates and new features we've added for you. We hope these enhancements will help you find information faster and keep you abreast of changing information.
