To commemorate this achievement, a 75th Anniversary Committee planned a celebration and festivities for  Wednesday, March 19th, 2008.

Events included 10:00 am kick off program with keynote speaker Congressman C.W. "Bill" Young; followed by campus tours, unveiling of the "Bay Pines Living History" project, an art and artifact display, a live band and refreshments.
