At this time, the Bay Pines VA Medical Center and outpatient clinics are fully operational.
Employees are expected to adhere to the routine notification process if unable to report for duty.

Our staff information Hotline, (727) 398-9500, serves as a central information point in the event your facility telephone system is out of order and you are unable to reach your supervisor or co-workers. Staff may also call the VISN 8 TelCare number toll-free at (877) 741-3400 for updates.
During a VA-declared emergency:
If you cannot make it to work and are unable to contact your supervisor, then please go to the VA Employee Emergency Information web site to post information about you and your status in this emergency.
