Real-time feedback, coaching, and skill development occur daily in the course of routine supervision. Postdoctoral Fellows receive formal written evaluation of their progress by each supervisor on a semi-annual basis at the least. Fellows provide written evaluations of the Training Program on a semi-annual basis. Evaluation methods are explained in detail in the Postdoctoral Training Handbook that Fellows receive upon arrival.
Due Process Policy
In the event of a grievance around the evaluation process, the Fellowship Program has a due process policy that outlines both remediation procedures and procedures for Fellows to follow if they have a concern about the review process. The Due Process Policy is incorporated within "Remediation Procedures" that are detailed in the Postdoctoral Training Handbook.
