Nutrition and Food Service
Nutrition plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of disease, as well as in the recovery from surgery or acute illness. The primary goal of Nutrition and Food Service is to ensure that all patients are provided high quality, nutritionally adequate, safe meal service at each meal. Meal service is provided to inpatients in all units, as well as for outpatients participating in the following therapeutic programs: Ambulatory Service Unit, Chemotherapy, Day Treatment, Dialysis, Geropsych Day Treatment, Lodgetel, Stress Treatment and Women's Program.
